Brand Rep Terms
The Contract Period
An approved Brand Rep/Ambassador will be involved for an agreed specified period of approximately 3-4 months. A Brand Rep/Ambassador may apply to renew after each period to continue on in the program.
What’s Involved As A Brand Rep
– Having a public and very active Instagram account.
- Agrees to promote our brand on Instagram via posts (photo/video) 4 times(4x) a month. (All posts tagging @papercrowncandles and hashtagging #papercrowncandles.)
- We encourage Instagram stories too, though not required just fun!!
- Please make sure photos are CLEAR. We love close-ups of the product details and unboxing videos/posts/stories of when you open up your newly arrived packages also! And feel free to share your Instagram posts across all your other social media (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest)
– Genuine love, support, and enthusiasm for our products and brand shown in comments on Instagram.
– Unlimited purchases using your 40% off Brand Rep discount only for YOU!
- Freebies: ONE 8oz candle and THREE wax melts per month of your term.
– Actively searches #papercrowncandles and show your support by commenting on other brand rep's and any customer photos.
– Feel free to share with us via email non-watermarked photos & videos to papercrowncandles@gmail.com. Any blurry photos most likely will not be used or reposted so it is highly encouraged to provide quality clear and bright photos.
– Promotes and shares any and ALL company announcements such as promotions, contests, launches, and events so please check your email or Instagram messages!
– Paper Crown Candles reserves the right to use any and all photographs or content submitted on all social media accounts, promotional flyers and all advertisements.

End Contract
We desire to protect all our brand ambassadors and our brand. We have the right to withdraw you from the contract at anytime, without question if we find you are not abiding to all the terms and conditions or find any posts indecent or a conflict of interest. We desire to protect the image of all our Brand Reps as well as our own brand.
