About Me

           Hi, I'm Christina! I started Paper Crown Candles several years ago in 2017, combining my love for reading and magic to create my line of uniquely scented candles and wax melts.

           Secretly, I have a bachelor's degree in business and work a 9-5 corporate job but I am a dreamer at heart. My love of reading was fostered from an early age and I grew up adoring fairytales, fantasy worlds and mythology. Needing a fun, creative outlet, I began experimenting with candle making and fell in love with the process.

            Sitting above a simmering pot of melting wax, weighing out different fragrance oils to create unique, one-of-a-kind scents is its own kind of magic and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

            When I’m not working, pouring candles or reading, you can usually find me curled up on the couch binge-watching whatever new Netflix series I’ve discovered, drinking way too much coffee or doting on my wife and two very adorable cats.
